• Free Consultation with a Licensed CPA (Certified Public Accountant) to discuss which legal structure your business will benefit most from
  
• State of formation organizational fees paid on your behalf
  
• LLC corporate kit which includes member certificates, business seals, and important forms
  
• Federal Employer Identification Number obtained (EIN)
  
• Mandatory advertising where applicable billed at cost to your new business in order to obtain certificate of publication.
  
• State registration in state of organization for sales and payroll tax.  Additional states may require additional fees.
  
• State employer Identification number if applicable.  Additional states may require additional fees.
  
• Registration with a registered agent for out of state organizations, if needed.  Additional fees involved and billed direct to your new business.
